Body Activism: “Fat Talk”

Advocating for yourself and your body can be an empowering and freeing process of recovery from internalized body hatred. As your awareness grows, so might your intolerance for exposing yourself to judgments hidden in “thinspiration” across daily media and seemingly innocuous “fat talk” with friends.
